History of Windemere Homes
Windemere
Homes is a 'FAMILY-OWNED' and operated business located
in North Port, Florida. Windemere has
been building 'AFFORDABLE', new single family homes in the
Sarasota and Venice area, since 1985. Dom Sr. is the President of
Windemere Homes and has two sons Dom Jr. and
Michael. They have more than 40 years of experience in the
construction of new homes.
Windemere
Homes has built more than 2000 homes in Sarasota since 1985.
Experienced in all aspects of residential and commercial development,
including but not limited to acquiring raw acreage, land building,
subdivision, plat layout, site infrastructure development, home designs,
sales, and financing. We personally supervise the construction of each
and every home. We're always around when needed!
